Futaba provides an environment where employees support each other and you can thrive.
Tomioka Town, Futaba County, where our head office is located, is an unprecedented place in the world that experienced the Great East Japan Earthquake, tsunami disaster, and nuclear disaster. There are things you can only experience and learn here. By facing and resolving various social issues as a company, you can grow as a person, and your own growth can lead to the recovery of the region and Fukushima.
We create an environment where each employee can freely generate ideas and take on new challenges. Respecting employees' spontaneous opinions has led to business expansion. We also focus on acquiring new skills using cutting-edge equipment, and have a system in place to promote employee growth throughout the company. New employees are also active in various fields, and Futaba provides a field where they can experience their own growth.
At Futaba, all employees share ideas to improve the work environment so that employees can work in a way that values work-life balance. Fridays are designated as no-overtime days, and the entire company continues to take on the challenge of creating an environment where employees do not work overtime or are not allowed to work overtime, as well as an environment where women and seniors can work comfortably regardless of gender or age, with employee satisfaction as its number one priority.
