We conducted training for new employees.

A two-day, one-night training session was held on December 18th (Wed) and 19th (Thurs) for new recruits who are scheduled to join the company in 2025.
The purpose of this training is to help accepted applicants gain a deeper understanding of Futaba Co., Ltd.'s business and to alleviate any anxieties or doubts they may have through communication with senior employees.
During this training, the participants learned about the entire process of Futaba's work through visits to surveying, design, and urban development sites.
Furthermore, they were able to deepen their communication with senior employees through roundtable discussions and social gatherings.

I believe that through this training, the accepted candidates were able to further expand their image of what it would be like to work at Futaba.
