Wine-themed training for Tomioka Junior High School teachers and Tomioka Town Hall staff

The other day, we received a message from current and former students of Tomioka Junior High School. Last year, the students created wine labels. They attached the labels to the Chardonnay wines we completed this year, and we received photos and messages of gratitude. We are truly delighted. We will do our best to present the students with red and white wine at their Coming of Age Ceremony. We hope that they will take pride in their hometown and remember it with memories.

Also today, we are holding a full-day training session on Tomioka Wine for teachers at Tomioka Junior High School and staff from the Tomioka Town Board of Education. In the morning, we will be giving a lecture on the initiatives and significance of Tomioka Wine, followed by a field work experience in the afternoon. In addition to staff members, the superintendent of education and section chiefs also participated in the morning session. We are grateful that so many people participated and were given the opportunity to learn about Tomioka Wine.
