We have conducted training for new employees joining in 2025!
From Wednesday, April 2nd to Friday, April 11th, we held an introductory training session for new employees who joined the company on April 1st.
This year, we welcomed one new employee and implemented a program that only a small group can offer, helping him take his first steps as a member of society.
Two weeks to deepen understanding of the company
During the training, in addition to explaining our company's business activities and the roles of each department, we also provided a detailed explanation of this year's management policy to deepen their understanding. In addition, we provided an opportunity for the trainees to participate in external training and learn basic manners necessary for working adults.

A follow-up system to ease your anxiety
Everyone feels nervous when they first start working.
At our company, each new employee is assigned a senior employee to provide support and answer any small questions or concerns they may have on a daily basis.

New employees who have completed introductory training are now starting on-the-job training in surveying work as part of learning the workflow from surveying to design.
There is still a lot to learn, but I hope that he will use his natural honesty and seriousness to steadily improve little by little.
