We moved to the Tomioka headquarters to see what was going on inside the headquarters, and our company president, Endo, was there as the representative.
We had the opportunity to tour the grape fields of the "Wine Domaine".

The weather was nice, so I had lunch with two senior employees who joined the company in April this year at the observation deck in the field.
We talked about what life is like in Tomioka Town.
Afterwards, they visited the Decommissioning Museum and then returned to the Koriyama branch office where the job offer ceremony was held.

At the job offer ceremony, President Endo and other executives gave congratulatory speeches to the two.

Next, the two accepted candidates expressed their intentions regarding joining the company.
Finally, the company presented the two with commemorative gifts.
 　

After the job offer ceremony, we moved to a social gathering in front of Koriyama Station.
Over the meal, we chatted about student life and future plans.
Both of them were able to learn about the workplace and Tomioka town.
As they interacted with the employees, they gradually began to imagine themselves as part of Futaba.
