Introduction to New Employee Training Part 2

Hello, this is Watanabe from the Public Relations Committee.

In the second part of our introduction to new employee training, we will show you the "presentation" that concludes the training.

At the end of the month, participants will give a presentation to mark the completion of the training.

The purpose of this presentation is to improve the ability to communicate one's ideas clearly to others, which is necessary for a construction consultant, and participants will be asked to explain what they felt during the training and what kind of work they would like to do in the future.

Presenting in front of all the employees can be very nerve-wracking, but there will be time before the presentation to receive advice from senior employees, so be sure to present with confidence!

Both of them gave excellent presentations, and it was clear that they were not nervous at all. They spoke at a comfortable pace, and the way they organized and designed their presentation materials showed great ingenuity.

President Endo was very pleased with the announcement by the two of them.
