We conducted training for new recruits♪

Today was the training session for the new recruits who will be joining the company next year.

This year's training took place during actual surveying work. The participants learned how to set up a tripod, which is the most basic of surveying basics, and also experienced a new surveying method using a 3D laser scanner. Training on the job meant that participants had more responsibility than usual in our training for prospective employees, which increased the sense of tension, and the serious expressions on the faces of the prospective employees made for an impressive training session.

After the training, there is a social gathering with senior employees.
