Training for prospective employees for 2026 was held

We held a two-day "Employee Training" on December 11th and 12th for accepted employees who are scheduled to join the company in fiscal 2026.
The purpose of this training is to deepen understanding of our business and foster bonds with fellow employees.

■ Day 1
After the orientation, the vice president gave an explanation of the company's work, and in the afternoon the participants visited and experienced the surveying site.

In the evening, a social gathering was held with senior employees, and it seemed that the participants became closer through a frank exchange of opinions.

■ Day 2
After participating in the morning assembly, the students received an explanation about design, urban development, and cultural property work, and then engaged in group work.

The two days went by in a flash, but the training helped the participants to become closer to their peers and gave them a clearer idea of the work they would be doing.
