Futaba Corporation held its induction ceremony and management policy presentation.

First, at the induction ceremony,
This year, we have recruited mid-career employees and new graduates.
Appointments were presented to three new colleagues.

I still have some concerns, but I will use my past experiences and what I have learned to

Next, we held a presentation on our management policy for fiscal year 2024.
All the employees listened intently to the management policy announced by CEO Endo.
I made my goals clear.

Finally, there was a welcome party and social gathering for new employees.
All the employees enjoyed delicious food and drinks while chatting.

This year, all of our employees will continue to think, share their wisdom, and work hard to contribute to regional recovery.
