Embodying the warmth of his hometown, Tomioka, he received the Excellence Award at the 36th Fukushima Prefecture Architectural Culture Awards.

Our Tomioka headquarters building, completed in August 2017, was constructed as a base for achieving the reconstruction of Tomioka Town, our founding town, as well as Futaba County and Fukushima Prefecture. When we resumed operations in Koriyama one month after the earthquake, our office equipment was mostly scavenged from recycle shops, and our employees worked desperately, sitting at desks that were the wrong height and chairs with casters missing. When building our new office building, our primary focus was creating a comfortable work environment. This was both a small token of gratitude to our employees for their hard work and a preparation for welcoming our future colleagues. The building utilizes abundant cedar wood harvested from the forests of Tomioka Town, passed down from President Endo's ancestors. The simple, high-quality spaces and conference rooms, which allow you to truly appreciate the beauty of wood, are open not only to employees but also to community activities. We are proud of the building's recognition as "a building that strongly communicates the support and promotion of reconstruction by a company rooted in the community." We will continue to work toward the reconstruction and development of the region.
