In-house workshops with all employees

Today, we rented out an external conference room and in the morning, we held a World Cafe-style workshop where all employees discussed "creating a comfortable working environment." In the afternoon, we split into departments and held workshops on specific action plans based on the management policy announced by the president on April 1st.

For lunch, I'll have a heartfelt, homemade bento from Wainya. I'll recharge my energy and hope to have a productive afternoon. In the evening, I'll have an Italian restaurant to welcome new and mid-career employees, followed by a cherry blossom viewing event. I'm already looking forward to the combination of wine and local sake.

Additionally, for the first time in about five years, the design of our company emblem has undergone a major change. It is now smaller and more dazzling.
