[Yomiuri Shimbun] Our company's challenge following a new discovery at the Machu Picchu ruins was featured in an article.
On May 10th (Sunday), the Yomiuri Shimbun published an article about our company's cultural heritage preservation survey of the Machu Picchu ruins using 3D surveying technology, and it introduced the discovery of new ruins in the jungle.
Since April, our company has been conducting a pilot project using high-precision 3D surveying and analysis technology in the Machu Picchu Historical Sanctuary, and is also investigating the potential of this technology to be used for the preservation, discovery, and utilization of cultural heritage throughout Peru.
This time, we conducted our third field survey at the end of October and confirmed a new archaeological site deep within the jungle.
