[CSR Activities] Tomioka Wine Harvest

On Saturday, September 28th, we had our second harvest of the year. This time, we harvested Chardonnay, which is planned to be the main variety (white wine) in Tomioka.

Typhoon No. 12 approached during the week of the scheduled harvest, and we were worried that all the grapes would fall, but the harvest went smoothly. Eight employees from our company participated with their families and friends. This year, we were unable to participate in the sorting work in Yamanashi due to scheduling conflicts, but we would like to participate again next year or later if we have the opportunity.


The next activity will be on Saturday, October 24th, and will involve weeding, field maintenance work, and a BBQ. The grape leaves will be turning red, so we will be working in the fields.
