[Award Announcement] Our CSR Committee received a letter of appreciation as an outstanding river conservation organization.
We are pleased to announce that our CSR Committee has been recognized as an "Outstanding River Conservation Organization," and has received a letter of appreciation from the Governor of Fukushima Prefecture.
This award is presented to organizations whose efforts in river conservation and other related activities in the previous fiscal year have been deemed particularly outstanding, based on recommendations from each construction office. Our company's CSR Committee's continuous activities have been recognized, and we have received this certificate of appreciation.
From 2020 to 2025, the CSR Committee has continuously carried out environmental beautification activities, such as litter picking and weed removal, two to three times a year along the banks and near the mouth of the Tomioka River, as well as around the Tomioka fishing port. We believe that this recognition is an evaluation of the fact that these steady efforts are contributing to the preservation of the local environment.
Additionally, an awards ceremony was held on Monday, March 16th. We will share photos and other details of the event.
