Returned from Indonesia

I just returned from Indonesia.

Recently, I have been traveling to Indonesia on business once every two or three months, and what I always feel is the energy of the entire country.
The city and government offices where people work are full of young people.
The average age in Indonesia is 29, while in Japan it is about 48. The difference in average age is nearly 20 years.
It is expected that its GDP will be surpassed in the next few years.

Japan is experiencing various challenges, such as a declining birthrate and an aging population, earlier than any other country, so we must also consider the benefits of being a front-runner.

Well, starting tomorrow we will continue with lectures, training sessions, and classes.

Tomorrow I will be giving a speech at the Society of Professional Engineers symposium in Fukushima City, and the day after tomorrow I will be speaking at Waseda University in Tokyo.
On Sunday, I will be in Tomioka Town to host two training sessions, and on November 1st I will be giving a lecture at Aizu University. I will do my best to be in good health and do my best.
