Induction Ceremony

April 1st marks the 44th anniversary of our company's founding. We welcomed one new employee (a Nihon University graduate) and three mid-career hires. We are extremely grateful to have had new employees for two years in a row. The addition of these young, new talent brings a sense of brightness and vitality to the entire company. Our mid-career hires are professionals in their respective fields with over 20 years of experience and proven track records. I believe that the addition of this young talent, along with their solid technical and planning capabilities, will broaden the range of choices and deepen the depth of our pursuits. Today was a day that reminded me that we are just getting started.
