First anniversary of becoming president

Today, December 1st, marks my first year as president. I have experienced many things since taking on the role. There have been many hardships, but by persevering and continuing, I have also experienced many moving experiences. I also feel a different kind of pressure and responsibility than when I was senior managing director, and a strong sense that I am not alone. In my second year, I would like to gradually put into shape the preparations I have made up to this point. As a result, I would like to see the growth of my employees, and ultimately, the stability and development of the local community.
