Lecture in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture & Visit to SAYS Farm in Himi City, Toyama Prefecture

I gave a lecture in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture on October 8th.

I gave a one-hour lecture at a training session sponsored by the Hokuriku Branch of the Construction Consultants Association, the Hokuriku Branch of the Japan Compensation Consultants Association, the Ishikawa Prefecture Surveying and Design Association, and the Ishikawa Prefecture Construction Consultants Association. In front of an audience of approximately 100 people, I spoke about the current state of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident, future possibilities, and our efforts as a local company. I hope to broaden the understanding of the people of Hokuriku about Fukushima's current situation, challenges, and future possibilities. This is my second consecutive month in Kanazawa, following last month's company trip, and I feel the depth of its history and culture. I also feel the momentum of tourism and inbound tourism.

Before the lecture, the group also visited SAYS FARM in Himi City, Toyama Prefecture. A winery based on the concept of coexistence with the sea. A relaxing view of the sea from the top of a hill. People gather naturally for the picturesque scenery. A place with this view that I have always wanted to visit.
If you have a strong desire, the opportunity to visit will come. It's strange. Creating an image of the future of your hometown. The meaning of "SAYS" is that about 10 years ago, when we first started, no one showed any interest in making wine in Himi, which is close to the sea. But eventually, many people will talk about our efforts. The plural of SAY represents the founder's desire. What I learned when I visited.
