This year's job offer ceremony (October 1st)

On October 1st, we were able to hold our employment offer ceremony again this year. Two new employees will be joining us in April of next year. They are students from Aizu University and Ibaraki University, two universities that have not previously had alumni. Both are from the same prefecture. In addition to their usual duties, we are also looking forward to them exploring new fields. I felt a little nervous at the employment offer ceremony, but I was very happy to hear their aspirations for after joining the company. Having young members join the organization will bring more vitality to the organization.
