We held the 2025 Induction Ceremony and Management Policy Presentation.

Futaba Corporation held its induction ceremony and management policy presentation.
In previous years, the event was held in the Seinobako building next to the Tomioka headquarters, but this year it was held in the conference room at Manabi no Mori.

First, at the induction ceremony, we handed out appointment letters to this year's new employees.
We were very inspired by their new start.

Next, we held a presentation on our management policy for fiscal year 2025.
The students listened to the management policy announced by President Endo while thinking about what kind of action plans they should set for themselves, their department, and the company this year.

Finally, the new employee welcome party and social gathering was held at the restaurant of Tomioka Winery, which pre-opened on April 6th.
Our employees were the first customers since the winery was completed, and while they enjoyed the delicious food and drinks, many were surprised at how close the train was to the winery. We hope you will come and experience it for yourself!

This year too, we will pool the wisdom of all our employees to work hard to solve local issues and work towards recovery.
