Job openings in Akita and Sendai

On April 22nd, I took a four-hour drive from Koriyama to Akita. The next day, on the 23rd, I spent the morning recruiting at engineering universities and technical colleges in Akita Prefecture, and in the afternoon in Sendai City. Right now, I'm sowing the seeds to secure good human resources. I want to nurture engineers who can connect Fukushima with the rest of the world. However, there seems to be a flood of job offers for engineering students, especially civil engineering and architecture students, making it difficult to secure human resources. I intend to continue my recruitment efforts with perseverance. I also want to create something that stands out, even as a small company.
