Employee Interview

At university, I worked on research using 3D point cloud data, and sought ways to use my skills to contribute to the local community. After experiencing the Great East Japan Earthquake, my desire to support reconstruction and regional development grew stronger, and I was attracted to Futaba's business, which is closely connected to the local community and provides an environment where I could utilize my specialized knowledge. I decided to join the company because I wanted to use the skills I have cultivated to contribute as a member who supports the future of the region.

The most memorable experience for me was having the opportunity to work on a large-scale project from my first year at the company. Thanks to the generous support of my senior colleagues, I was able to work with peace of mind and greatly improve my technical skills while understanding the overall flow. This experience not only made me realize my own personal growth, but it was also very rewarding.

I try to ask questions immediately when I have questions, rather than leaving them unanswered. I believe that by checking things early, I not only deepen my own understanding, but also work more efficiently. I also value the attitude of accepting and absorbing the experience and knowledge of my seniors. This not only helps to build better relationships, but also leads to my own growth. I strive to deepen relationships of trust by having a proactive attitude of learning.

In my first year at the company, I was mainly involved in UAV-related work, acquiring basic knowledge and skills. In the future, I aim to improve my expertise so that I can be in charge of everything from formulating UAV flight plans to the actual flights. I also plan to obtain qualifications such as surveyor and engineer, deepening my knowledge systematically and strengthening my ability to apply it to my work. In this way, I aim to grow as an engineer who can contribute to my team and the company.
