3D survey of the Night Forest cherry blossom trees featured in Fukushima Minpo

The Fukushima Minpo newspaper introduced an initiative to observe the cherry blossom trees in Tomioka Town's Yonomori area when they were in full bloom, using three types of 3D surveying equipment owned by our company: MMS (Mobile Mapping System), 3D laser scanning, and drones. In the near future, we plan to make it possible to simulate the full bloom of the cherry blossoms at our archive facility.
