"One-day work experience" was held

On Monday, February 20th, we held a one-day work experience at our Koriyama branch.

In the morning there was a lecture on surveying work, and in the afternoon there was a lecture on design work,

They participated in a mock design policy discussion and experienced CAD operation.

It seemed to be the first time for the participants to participate, but they took the event seriously.

After the work experience, the recruiter and the person in charge of the work will provide feedback on the work experience.

Finally, we held a remote roundtable discussion with employees at our head office who will be joining the company in 2022.

In addition to work, he candidly talks about what he does on his days off, advice on job hunting, etc.

It was being talked about.
