Training for new recruits was held

From December 15th to 16th, we held a training session for new hires who are scheduled to join the company in 2023.

This was the first time we had conducted training at our Tomioka headquarters,

They listen to specific work stories from senior employees, and participate in town development workshops as work simulations.

I used my head and hands together with my classmates.
