Regional Revitalization Award - Excellence Award

A wine-making initiative in Tomioka Town, started by 10 volunteers from Tomioka Town in 2016, was awarded the Excellence Award at the Regional Revitalization Awards. The project was featured in the morning editions of the Fukushima Minpo and Fukushima Minyu newspapers on January 30th.

I am truly happy that our efforts, supported by so many people, have been recognized nationwide. We have always been conscious of the award's title, "regional revitalization," so this makes me feel even happier. We are only at the first stage, and I feel that we must cherish every step we take from now on. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the people who have supported us.
