It's been a month since we started playing background music in the office.

It has been a month since we started playing background music (9am-6pm) at our Koriyama, Soma, and Iwaki offices. We introduced it through USEN in the hopes of reducing employee stress and increasing motivation and concentration. So far, there have been no questions or complaints, so I think people have naturally taken to it. It's a USEN program, and the genre and tempo automatically change depending on the time of day. It's a program designed to match the rhythm of people's lives from a medical perspective. We will continue to strive to create a comfortable working environment.
