First day of employee training trip

Last week on the 6th and 7th, we had our annual company training trip. Every year we decide on a theme for the trip, and this year, as a construction consultant, we visited the Hokuriku region from Komatsu to Kanazawa, with the theme of "infrastructure tourism."

Although we were worried about the impact of the typhoon, we were blessed with fine weather along the way, and it was a good start to the trip.
The first place we visited was Komatsu Tenmangu Shrine, a nationally designated Important Cultural Property. The shrine's capacity to withstand flooding was weak, so the river's flow was diverted as a countermeasure (the Kakehashi River Diversion Channel). This was an infrastructure facility that symbolized this training.
Next is Natadera Temple, which has a history of over 1,300 years as a base for worship at Mt. Hakusan.

We will be staying at Yamashiro Onsen, a famous hot spring in Kaga. Please refrain from holding any banquets... (Continued on Day 2)
