The trees in the city are beginning to bud, and the pale green leaves are a delight to the eyes.

On Friday the 12th of last month, as part of our employee training, we invited Satoru Mimura from JICA Tohoku to our Tomioka headquarters to speak on the topic of "SDGs for Private Companies."

"SDGs"What isSustainable Development GoalsThese goals serve as a guide for action to realize a society in the future where everyone in the world can live happily and without poverty.
The challenges of achieving this goal are being discussed and addressed not only in the country but around the world.

The lecture introduced global and Japanese issues from a broad perspective, as well as specific examples of how we can address them. Furthermore, we were taught how our company, as a private company, can address the SDGs.

Although the scale and situation are different, we are based in Tomioka Town, where our headquarters is located.Futaba County also faces many challengesThere is.
Our company motto is "Putting profit before righteousness." We have the goal of "realizing a sustainable local community."
