A single flower. Finally blooming.

A single flower. This is the second-year Kurapia planted in the company's flower bed last year. The leaves have turned lush green since May, and it's finally blooming. I'm sure it will soon be filled with many small white flowers. Last year, a resident who evacuated from Tomioka and is living in nearby temporary housing said to me, "These beautiful flowers are on my walk. They soothe my soul." This reminded me of the importance of nurturing flowers. I hope that this will bring some comfort to the evacuees and the Koriyama residents who are looking after them.
