Below is a message from the president.

In August 2017, six years and five months after 3/11, Futaba Corporation returned to its home town of Tomioka in Futaba County. Having lost its headquarters on 3/11, we resumed operations in Koriyama City one month later. While more than half of our employees left the company to evacuate, we took a step forward toward the revitalization and future of our region. We have never looked back, and despite the rapidly changing situation, we have always strived to stay several steps ahead, imagining what the future will be like five, ten, and even fifty years from now, as we work hard toward reconstruction.
Since the earthquake, Fukushima Prefecture has been facing a mountain of challenges. My hometown, Futaba County, is a microcosm of the social issues and problems facing Japan and the world, and it may already be a region facing the same social challenges that Japan and the world will face 30 years from now. Looking at it from a different perspective, I believe there are many things that can only be experienced here, even when looking around the world.
Futaba Co., Ltd. will celebrate its half-century anniversary in 2021. Our company began as a surveying business and has grown into a construction consultant. Looking to the future, we aim to evolve from a construction consultant to a "social consultant" by staying close to the community, facing reality, and applying our wisdom and hard work.

With the motto "Our field stretches from our hometown to the world," we will use our experience to expand our field of activities to Fukushima Prefecture and to the rest of the world where it is needed.

We will also do our best to make Fukushima Prefecture the "hope" of the world. We ask for your continued guidance and support as we "create" a vision for the future of the region.
