Received the Fukushima Prefectural Governor's Special Achievement Award

Our company's chairman and former mayor of Tomioka Town, Mr. Katsuya Endo, has been awarded the Fukushima Prefecture Governor's Special Achievement Award. He was a Tomioka Town Council member for three terms (12 years) and then served as Tomioka Town Mayor for four terms (16 years), and this award was given in recognition of his work over nearly 30 years in the town of Tomioka and the prefecture, including regional development and nuclear administration, as well as his efforts in responding to evacuees and in reconstruction and revitalization after the earthquake. The chairman himself has reaffirmed his determination to continue to support the reconstruction and revitalization of the region and the prefectural government, even behind the scenes.
