FY2018 Futaba Corporation Management Policy Meeting & Action Plan Workshop

Today, we had an internal management policy meeting in the morning, followed by a workshop in the afternoon where each department split up to create a one-year action plan. The aim was to bring out the initiative in each employee and to confirm the goals of each department and how each individual relates to them. We held discussions for the entire day, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in a conference room at Big Eye in front of Koriyama Station.
