President speaks at the 2nd Fukushima Innovation Coast Initiative Symposium

At the 2nd Fukushima Innovation Coast Initiative Symposium held at Koriyama View Annex on March 25th, President Endo took the stage and gave a 20-minute presentation introducing examples of environmental restoration in the decommissioning and radioactive sectors. The presentation covered (1) an introduction to Futaba, (2) Futaba's research and development, (3) an introduction to the latest drones and lasers, and (4) measurement examples (Tomioka Town and Obama District). Approximately 300 people from the national government, prefectures, municipalities, and private companies both within and outside the prefecture gathered to hear about the innovation initiative efforts in Fukushima Prefecture. The initiative was also featured in a booklet on the Fukushima Innovation Coast Initiative and on page 2 of the Fukushima Minpo newspaper on March 26th. Please see below.
