We held our 2026 new employee orientation ceremony.

On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, Futaba Co., Ltd. and Futaba Lares Co., Ltd., an affiliated company that operates Tomioka Winery and whose representative director is our CEO, Endo, held a joint induction ceremony.

At the induction ceremony, we celebrated the new beginnings of our 2026 new employees and presented them with their letters of appointment.
Each of the new employees took their first steps as working professionals, their faces showing a mixture of anticipation and nervousness. It was very impressive to see them approaching the ceremony with serious expressions, their hearts filled with excitement for the new challenges that awaited them.

In the afternoon, three new employees who joined Futaba Co., Ltd. gave presentations on the research they had been working on at university.
The confident presentations on their respective areas of expertise and research topics demonstrated the hard work they have put in and their strong motivation for future work. All of us at the company have high expectations that their knowledge and perspectives will be put to good use in our business going forward.

In the evening, we held a welcome party and social gathering for the new employees.

In addition to powerful declarations of determination from new employees and those who have been promoted, senior employees offered warm encouragement and practical advice, creating a friendly and lively atmosphere throughout. Through interaction that transcended departments and positions, it became an opportunity to further deepen the bonds between employees.

With new members joining our team, we will continue to combine the wisdom and initiative of each and every employee this year to work together with the local community to solve challenges.
