We reported on the results of our survey of the Machu Picchu ruins.

Yesterday, I reported on the results of our Machu Picchu ruins survey at the Machu Picchu Village Office.
I was really glad to be able to report to the people of Machu Picchu Village and Otama Village on site.
The plan began to be hatched after seeing a front-page newspaper article in October 2015 announcing the signing of a friendship city agreement between the two villages, and after 10 years, the team has finally begun full-scale research at the Machu Picchu ruins.
It is truly moving to see this strengthen the bond between the two villages and to see our desire to give back to Otama Village take shape.
