Tomioka Head Office / Sales Department

Q.

Please tell us why you decided to join Futaba.

I want to contribute to my hometown, Tomioka Town

I had always wanted to return to my hometown of Tomioka and do a job that would allow me to contribute to the town. That's when I learned about Futaba and decided to join the company, hoping to take on the future of Tomioka, as I would also be involved in town development work.

Q.

What is your impression of the company now that you have actually joined?

A communication-friendly environment

The Tomioka head office has an open-air atrium on the first and second floors, which makes it easy to communicate and cooperate on business and other matters. My own challenge is also "active communication," so I would like to take advantage of this environment and solve it.

Q.

You are in the sales department. What kind of work does it involve?

This department will handle bidding and cost estimation.

As our clients are mainly government agencies, we receive orders through bidding. I am still in the training period, but I am working hard every day to master the job while receiving various guidance.

Q.

What kind of job do you want to do in the future?

I want to be the face of the company

I want to become a salesperson that people say, "You can trust Ide" or "You can't go wrong with Ide." Since I will be going out on sales representing the company, I will study and solve problems while working to grow as a person.
