We conducted an internship!

The internship was held on Friday, January 14th.

This time we will let you know what's going on.

There were three students who participated on the day.

There were even students who came from as far away as Yamagata.

After we introduced ourselves, our company representative, Endo, spoke first.

We explained Futaba's business activities and initiatives.

Next, a design engineer from the Regional Design Department said,

After listening to an explanation about CIM and VR, which are used when designing and explaining infrastructure,

They had the opportunity to experience working with the software used in their work.

They proceeded with the work without any resistance. Gen Z is what you'd expect...

After lunch, we had the opportunity to experience town development work.

Although it was a short time, we were given an explanation and experienced the workshop to listen to and summarize the opinions of the residents.

Each of them presented their own opinions.

The manager of the business promotion department in charge was also impressed, saying it was amazing that so much could be thought up in such a short amount of time.

Next, they tried out 3D laser scanner measurements as an experience using surveying equipment.

All three students struggled with the unfamiliar equipment, and three staff members from the Business Promotion Department provided one-on-one guidance.

Finally, there was a round-table discussion with young employees. Perhaps because I, the person in charge of recruitment, was away, the conversation seemed to be quite lively.
